Comparison Of The Efficacy And Safety Of Negative Pressure Combined Ureteroscope(Shuo Tong) Ureteroscope And Ureteroscope In The Treatment Of Upper Ureteral Calculi

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of the comparison of holmium laser lithotripsy and ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi with a diameter of <20 mm,and further clarify the clinical advantages of the master colposcope in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi.Methods:Looking over the literature about the treatment of ureteral calculi in recent years,and retrospectively analyzed 38 cases of gross mastectoscopic holmium laser lithotripsy and 42 cases of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy since urological surgery in our hospital Related clinical data.Among them,44 were males and 36 females.Surgery were anesthesia anesthesia,lithotomy position,stone diameter <20mm.The operation time,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative stone clearance rate(1 day,1 month)and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)The operation time between Shuotong ureteroscopy group and ureteroscope group: T value was 0.17056 <1.292,P> 0.05,there was no significant difference between the two groups.(2)The postoperative days of hospitalization in the master and ureteroscope groups: T value was 9.901> 1.292,P <0.05,there was no significant difference between the two groups.(3)The clear stone group and ureteroscopy group after 1 day of stone removal rate: P = 0.039 <0.05,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,master and mirror ureteroscopy group after a Month stone removal rate: P = 0.043 <0.05,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.(4)postoperative fever in Shu Tong group and ureter group: P = 1,postoperative ureteral injury: P = 1,postoperative severe hematuria: P = 1,postoperative stone street: P = 1,both groups The overall incidence of postoperative complications P = 0.001 <0.05,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:Treatment of diameter <20mm upper ureteral calculi,master through the mirror compared with ordinary ureteroscopy: operation time,postoperative hospital days no significant difference in the rate of stone clearance,the complication is relatively small.However,the master lens on the patient's own ureteral conditions(ureteral obvious stenosis,inflammatory polyps,etc.)requirements are higher relative to ordinary ureteroscopy.
