Analysis Of Early And Mid-knee Osteoarthritis Staging Two Treatment Methods

Objective:According to a retrospective study of medical records, we analyzed theclinical efficacy of the two kinds of treatment patients with arthritis knee arthroscopicsurgery and postoperative intra-articular injection of sodium simple lines intraarticularinjection of sodium hyaluronate.Methods:From January2012to October2012, The sixthaffiliated hospital of Xinjiang Medical University diagnosed100cases of kneeosteoarthritis patients were randomly divided into two groups, the arthroscopic group of50patients whose age arrange from40to70years old (the average age is57.16±7.08years old). The sodium hyaluronate group of50patients whose age arrange from41to70years old (the average age is54.76±6.72years old).after the VAS pain scores, theWOMAC Osteoarthritis Index, swelling analysis in our hospital.Results:The twotreatment (P<0.01) was statistically significant differences, both have good curative effect;Knee osteoarthritis initial, middle two treatment before treatment, after statisticalsignificance, all have good curative effect; After treatment, early in the middle of the twotreatment methods (P>0.05) difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Bothtreatments can be effective in the treatment of primary and metaphase kneeosteoarthritis,but mild osteoarthritis knee arthroscopy line operation without superiority,can be used in the articular cavity injection of sodium hyaluronate conservative treatment.
