Peach Kernel Knee Pill Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective:Observation and study of Taoren Xikang pills orally for treatment of knee osteoarthritis the clinical effects and mechanism; to provide experimental and theoretical basis for Taoren Xikang pills used in clinical treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:select2011March to2012March in60cases of patients in Department of Luoyang Bone-setting Hospital of Henan province sports medicine ward, and informed consent and signed.60patients were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group30cases of oral Taoren Xikang pills,1bag each time,3times a day, every15days to1course of treatment, a total of2courses of treatment.A control group of30patients with compound Theron orally,2tablets each time,3times a day, every15days for a total of1courses,2courses. According to the "JOA knee osteoarthritis curative effect judgment standard"[1] score, comparing the effect of the two groups of patients before treatment, after knee joint function score and between the two groups.Results:the overall efficacy of the two groups after treatment were compared with each other, there are significant differences (test group the excellent and good rate was70%, and the excellent and good rate of control group was33.3%, P=0.005<0.05). In the two groups respectively before and after the treatment of pain in pain can walk, can go up and down, buckling degree have been effectively improved (P<0.05); after treatment between the two groups in pain can walk, pain can go downstairs, buckling, swelling degree and other aspects, experimental group were superior to the control data group (P<0.05); while for swelling, difference between the experimental group before and after the treatment of significantly (P<0.05) in the control group, the difference before and after the treatment were not significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Taoren Xikang pills orally and Theron compound oral on the main symptoms of KOA, swelling, pain and joint function improvement, and the treatment effect of pill Taoren than compound Theron have an advantage.
