Objective:Through summary analysis of the medical records of our hospital for4years, preliminarily evaluate bronchiectasis disease clinical diagnosis and treatment of the main points and effect.Results:①83patients with bronchiectasis,42cases of men,41cases of women. The average age is42, minimum age is14, the biggest age is60.②All of the patients have different degree of symptoms, and74cases of cough, cough phlegm38cases, hemoptysis52cases, there are heavy hemoptysis patients (>500ml/time)4cases, moderate hemoptysis patients (100-500ml/times)10cases, little hemoptysis patients (<100ml/time)19cases, and19patients with blood in phlegm.③auxiliary examination:the X-ray diagnosis of bronchiectasis,26cases with suspicious expansion of56cases, inflammation or mass shadow13cases,8cases of patients with no obvious abnormal chest radiograph. Computer tomography (CT) examination in single lung pathological changes of38cases,34cases of lung to two or more ipsilateral,11cases of lung lesions on both sides.④All of the patients were performed surgical treatment, and no operative death, had the amount of pleural effusion in2cases, a large number of pneumothorax in1case, bronchial pleural fistula in1case, atelectasis by pulmonary infection in2cases, the incidence of complications was7.2%. Postoperative follow-up of56patients (67.5%),51cases symptoms disappeared or improved significantly (91.1%), there are residual symptoms in5patients (8.9%).Conclusion:Operation treatment is safe and effective method with bronchiectasis, diagnosis should clear surgical treatment as soon as possible. Perfect preoperative preparation, clear lesion, mastering surgical indications can effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications. CT bronchial3D reconstruction is an effective method for diagnosis of bronchiectasis.
