bjective:Comparison of therapeutic effect of different degreeof diarrhea shengyangyiwei tang in treatment of esophageal, upper gastriccancer after operation.Method:From2012January to2014January foresophageal cancer, upper gastric cancer postoperative diarrhea in ourhospital outpatient and hospitalized patients,According to the inclusioncriteria and exclusion criteria in the experiments,performed on everypatient screening,determine the need of patients, According to "clinicalobservation of diarrhea after resection of esophageal and upper gastriccarcinoma scale" to determine the severity of diarrhea in every one of thepatients, respectively,in the mild, moderate,severe diarrhea in threegroups, each group of20cases, give shengyangyiwei tang, soup of300ml,three times a day,10days for a course of treatment, self medication forfirst days to observe the disease began recording in patients with diarrhea,abdominal distension, abdominal pain and other main clinicalmanifestation was also observed changes, loss of appetite, fatigue anddiscomfort.In all cases,medication for4weeks, respectively afteroperation and then eating, diarrhea develop within Ist,2nd,3rd,4th,5thday record a change, then the7days record for one more time change,3times more change after the continuous record; a monthly record of one, a total of10times were observed and recorded symptoms and signs wererecorded every time; abdominal distention, abdominal pain, diarrhea andother symptoms had no change, through the comparison of each record ofdiarrhea symptoms change associated with diarrhea symptoms beforetreatment changes after treatment (before treatment, after treatment ofintegral) medication for few days,later began to change, change thedegree day, little or no change, how many days after the effectivemedicine for patients with diarrhea medication treatment, how many daysin treatment of patients with diarrhea,recovery in the number of days;Result：1.Shengyangyiwei tang in the treatment of esophageal cancer,gastric cancer after operation in60patients with diarrhea, including thecure25cases, markedly effective in12cases, effective9cases, totaleffective45cases, total effective rate was76.7%(95%confidenceinterval,[65.92%,87.48%]);2, shengyangyiwei tang esophageal cancer,upper gastric cancer after three different degrees of diarrhea, mildgroup:13cases were cured,4cases markedly effective, effective2cases,invalid1cases, total effective19cases, total effective rate was95%;moderate group:8cases were cured,6cases markedly effective,4cases,invalid2cases, total effective for18cases, the overall efficiency of90%;severe group:4cases were cured,4cases markedly effective, effective5cases,invalid7cases, total effective13cases, total effective rate was65%.Using R*C contingency table x2test for statistical analysis of the three group, the total effective rate are not all the same (P<0.05); the3groupover all efficiency by adjusting the level of a test for two two moreavailable:1).in mild group with no significant difference between themoderate group total effective rate (P>0.017);2).mild group and severegroup overall efficiency difference (P<0.017);3).moderate and severeoverall efficiency difference(P<0.017);3, in the course of treatment hadno obvious adverse reaction;Conclusion:1, shengyangyiwei tang in thetreatment of esophageal cancer, upper gastric cancer postoperativediarrhea has a good creative effect;2,shengyangyiwei tang in thetreatment of esophageal cancer, upper gastric cancer after light, moderatediarrhea curative effect, poor effect in the treatment of severe diarrhea;3,shengyangyiwei tang in the treatment of esophageal cancer, upper gastriccancer after operation diarrhea,onset is slow, long course of treatment.
