Clinical Study On The Curative Effect Of Viral Infection Of Upper Respiratory Tract Fever Treated With Qiangyin Jiere Tang

Objective:(1)To summary Chinese and Western medicine on viral upper respiratory tract infection awareness and research progress.(2)To observe curative effect of viral infection of upper respiratory tract fever treated with Qiangyin Jiere Tang.Methods:(1)The literature research:To summary and evaluation of viral upper respiratory tract infection prevention and control research in Western medicine through access to a large number of ancient and modern Chinese and Western literature at home and abroad.(2)Clinical research:The use of forward-looking,randomized controlled method,the emergency department identified as viral upper respiratory tract infection 90 cases of patients included in the study areas.30 cases were treated with Qiangyin Jiere Tang, 60cases(contractive group)were treated with Yinqiao San(3Ocases),Jingfang Baidu San(3Ocases)respectively.The group were randomly assigned to the case regardless of how Syndromes decoction are taken to the appropriate,sooner or later each one,six-day course of treatment for Chinese.Monitoring the patient's body temperature and disease-related symptoms(Shivering,runny nose,head and body aches,cough,pharyngodynia,fatigue,etc.)changes, observe and compare the efficacy of each group.Result:(1)The literature research:Viral upper respiratory tract infection is common and frequently-occurring disease of clinical,general population susceptible,easily spread and cause widespread pandemic.For upper respiratory tract infection,prevention and treatment there is no ideal method and effects of anti-viral drugs.Exogenous Febrile Disease Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine has a long history,effective,and easy for the local acceptance of the broad masses of the people.Exogenous Febrile Disease Chinese medicine treatment after 2000 years of development,the formation of the Shanghan and the Wenbing of Epidemic Febrile Disease theory that the basis of two theories,the establishment of"Xinliang Jiebiao"and"Xinwen Jiebiao"two treatment.On the governance in the contemporary study of Exogenous Febrile Disease,"Han-wen combined"has become one of the hot.(2) Clinical research:Qiangyin Jiere Tang treatment of viral upper respiratory tract infection the total number of 25 cases of effective(83.33%),Yinqiao San number of total number of valid cases 18 cases(60.00%),the group of Jingfang Baidu San total number of valid 16 cases(53.33%).After statistical processing,Qiangyin Jiere Tang group compared with the control group,there is significant difference.Conclusion:Qiangyin Jiere Tang treatment of viral upper respiratory tract infection fever efficacy was superior to Yinqiao San group and Jingfang Baidu San.In the treatment of viral upper respiratory tract infection,with fast cooling,efficacy,and fewer side effects,Qiangyin Jiere Tang is worthy of clinical use.
