Objective:This study through the change chaotic protect kidney decoctiontreatment of chronic renal failure of spleen and kidney deficiency and dampness heatintrinsic clinical research, observe the clinical curative effect, statistical analysis ofresearch data and clinical evaluation, to explore change chaotic feasibility andeffectiveness of the kidney decoction, seek the new direction of chronic renal failuretreatment, for further clinical objective evidence of evidence-based medicine.Method：60cases of chronic renal failure (spleen and kidney deficiency anddamp heat type) were randomly divided into2groups, the treatment group (routinetreatment plus clear profit Kidney Decoction) and control group (treatment group).The control group was given basic treatment, treatment group were given basictreatment plus clear profit Kidney Decoction, treatment for2months. Before and aftertreatment were collected from two groups of patients with clinical symptoms, signs,laboratory examination (serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, hemoglobin, urineprotein in24hours, electrolyte) change data to determine the efficacy.Result：Clinical research: the clinical control rate was20%, the total efficiencyof90%; control group, clinical control rate was6.7%, the total effective rate was56.67%, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Experimental results show: Change chaotic protect kidney Decoction in the treatment of spleen qi deficiency and damp heat syndrome of chronic renal failure intraditional Chinese medicine symptoms, reduce urinary protein and regulation ofserum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, electrolytes and has obvious curative effect,and the security is good, no adverse reaction was found.Conclusion：A foundation treatment and turbidity protect kidney decoction onchronic renal failure patients with spleen and kidney deficiency and dampness heatintrinsic based treatment, the curative effect is superior to the pure and does notincrease side effects. Can significantly reduce serum creatinine levels in patients withchronic renal failure, improve the glomerular filtration rate, delaying CRF progressspeed, achieve kidney protection.
