Objective: Migraine is a common chronic neurovascular disease. It is clinically characterized by recurrent severe pulsating pain on one or both sides, which affects the patient's daily life and work and study in severe cases.Relevant research shows that specific analgesics have a clear effect on headache and its accompanying symptoms during acute episodes;however, their preventive treatment is still insufficient.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a long history of dialectical treatment of migraine and has accumulated a lot of clinical experience;however, its lack of accuracy and reproducibility in clinical practice has limited the clinical application and promotion of TCM.This article explores the correlation between different TCM and constitution types in patients of Migraine without aura(MwoA),and studies the correlation between abdomen diagnosis and TCM syndromes to provide accurate and reproducible prevention and treatment programs for patients with MwoA.Methods: MwoA patients who were treated in the outpatient department of neurology department of the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from February 2019 to December 2019 were collected as the case group, and those who performed a physical examination at the physical examination center during the same period and had been reported a healthy and peaceful person as the control group. The constitution types and TCM syndromes of the case group were judged,Both the case group and the control group were given abdomen diagnosis, and the data were analyzed using Excel database input data and SPSS 21.0 statistical software.Results:1.The distribution trend of TCM syndrome types in patients with MwoA was as follows: liver-Yang hyperactivity syndrome MwoA(LYHM)(141 cases,67.14%)> phlegm disturbing syndrome MwoA(PDM)(34 cases,16.19%)> blood stasis syndrome MwoA(BSM)(18 cases,8.57%);constitution type was mainly Qi depression(60 cases,28.57%),Yin deficiency(53 cases,25.24%),blood stasis(21 cases,10.00%)and phlegm dampness(19 cases,9.05%)occupied a certain amount. The proportion is different from that of the general population type.2.The main constitution types of LYHM were Qi depression(56 cases,39.72%)and Yin deficiency(49 cases,34.75%);phlegm dampness(14 cases,41.18%)and damp heat constitution(8 cases,23.53%)were the main types of PDM;the susceptible constitution of BSM was blood stasis(12 cases,66.67%);the main constitution types of deficiency syndrome MwoA(DSM)included Qi deficiency(8 cases,47.06%),Yin deficiency(3 cases,17.65%),and Yang Deficiency(3 cases,17.65%);there is a statistically significant difference in the distribution of constitution types among different TCM syndrome types.3.Distribution of abdomen diagnosis in different TCM syndromes of MwoA patients: compared with the control group, the distribution of left-umbilical tenderness and subcostal arch beat pain in LYHM patients was statistically significant;there were statistically significant in the distribution of left-umbilical tenderness,supra-umbilical tenderness,middle-umbilical tenderness, and subxiphoid beat pain in PDM patients;the distribution of supra-umbilical tenderness and subxiphoid beat pain in BSM patients was statistically significant;the proportion of patients with no abdominal tenderness in the control group was significantly higher than that in the case group, and the difference was statistically significant.4.Correlation between different TCM syndromes and abdomen diagnosis in MwoA patients: there was a correlation between LYHM and left-umbilical tenderness and subcostal arch beat pain(P <0.05);PDM and middle-umbilical tenderness(P <0.05),BSM and supra-umbilical tenderness and subxiphoid beat pain(P <0.05)were related.Conclusion:1.The main TCM syndromes of MwoA patients are LYHM and PDM,mainly types of constitution are Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency, blood stasis and phlegm dampness.Based on the research on the correlation between constitution types and TCM syndromes,it is proposed that the intervention of susceptible constitution of MwoA patients can be used as a preventive measure to reduce headache attacks and provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of clinical migraine.2.Abdomen diagnosis of MwoA patients shows that left-umbilical tenderness and subcostal arch beat pain suggests LYHM,middle-umbilical tenderness suggests PDM,and supra-umbilical tenderness and subxiphoid beat pain suggests BSM;understanding the correlation between TCM syndromes and abdomen diagnosis can provide clinicians with accurate and reproducible treatment plans for the diagnosis and treatment of MwoA,which is worthy of popularizing clinical treatment experience.
