Clinical Study On Qiangzhi Patch Treatment Of Tourette’s Syndrome

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Qiangzhi Patch in childrenwith Tourette syndrome.Methods:60children with Tourette syndrome met the inclusion criteria wererandomly divided into2groups according to the ratio of1:1,and were given QiangzhiPatch (the treatment group) and Tiapride Hydrochloride Tablets (the controlgroup) treatment respectively for12weeks.During the study, record the patientscondition by filling in the tic symptom assessment scale and TCM syndrome assessmentscale every4weeks,and adverse medication effects in time.At the end of thestudy,compare the differences between the treatment group and the control group in thetotal effeetive rate, the total score reduction rate and the adverse reaction rate.Results:1.The total effeetive rate of the treatment group and the control group was90%and73.3%,respeetively,and the total score reduction rate of the two groups wasrespeetively (60.63±21.936)%and (44.67±19.210)%. The differences between the twogroups were extremely significant(P<0.01).2.The total effeetive rate of TCM syndrome ofthe2groups was respeetively70%and36.7%,and the total score reduction rate wasrespeetively (60.63±21.936)%and (44.67±19.210)%.There were extremely significantdifferences between the two groups(P<0.01).3.The rate of adverse reactions of the towgroups was respeetively3.3%and26.7%. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conelusion:The clinical effect of Qiangzhi Patch in the treatment of children with TSis significantly better than that of tiapride,and has lower rate of adverse reactions.
