Objective: This study was to investigate hyperprolactinemia pathogenesis relatedfactors, and discusses the characteristics of the distribution of syndromes; Forhyperprolactinemia type of syndrome differentiation and treatment. Method: Under theguidance of mentors YeQing Chief Physician, director of research carried out by therelevant clinical data of180cases of female patients with hyperprolactinemia,establishment of relevant databases, the information system using SPSS statistical analysisto identify the relevant factors of this disease, while female patients with symptoms ofhyperprolactinemia statistical analysis to explore the distribution of disease syndromes anddifferentiation characteristics.Results:1. By analyzing the clinical data of descriptivestatistical methods summarized the pathogenesis of hyperprolactinemia risk factors: withage, culture, education level and occupation, personality and motherhood.2. According tothe result of clustering analysis, hyperprolactinemia can be divided into kidney liverdepression, change, qi and blood stasis and phlegm wet block, liver fire, deficiency of qiand blood, six card type.Conclusion:1.Summarizes the five kinds of pathogenic factors ofhyperprolactinemia.2.Using the statistical methods, such as cluster analysis to classifybasic syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine is helpful.3.The current conducthyperprolactinemia morbidity related factors and characteristics of TCM syndromedistribution flow has a certain of practical significance to guide clinical work.
