Objective: to observe the clinical effectiveness of Yang yin run tong decoction ondiabetic constipation patients who have the syndrome of qi-yin deficiency causing bloodstasis.Methods: select60cases of TCM Syndromes of diabetic constipation qi-yindeficiency,blood stasis syndrome, randomly divided into two groups,30cases in thetreatment group were given the treatment of Yang yin run tong decoction on foundation ofthe basic treatment, and30cases in the control group were given the Ma ren run changwan treatment on foundation of the basic treatment. Focus on the changes of clinicalsymptoms and the improvement of colonic transit time, treatment for two months.Results: By clinical observation, the total efficiency of the observer group was80.0%and the control group was53.3%, two groups of the total efficiency differences arestatistically significant (P<0.01); the observer group in improving TCM single symptomsuperior to the control group (P<0.05); the efficiency of the observer group in improvingthe colonic transit time was80.7%and the control group was52.0%, There were significantdifferences between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusions: On diabetic constipation patients who have the syndrome of qi-yindeficiency causing blood stasis, Yang yin run tong decoction have good effects inimproving the clinical signs and symptoms, shortening colonic transit time, and safety isgood.
