The Clinical Research On Treating Diabetic Cerebral Infarction With Yiqiyangyintongyu Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical efficency and safety Yi Qi Yang Yin Tong Yu decoction in treating Diabetic Cerebral Infarction,To provide scientific bases for clinical applicationMethod:60 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.30 cases in control group were treated with ShenQiNaoKang capsule on basic treatment.30 cases in treatment group were treated with Yi Qi Yang Yin Tong Yu decoction on the basis of control group. Observe the effect before and after the treatment, including the clinical efficency, MSSS,ADL, TCM symptom points. Blood lipid and adverse reactions。Result:1.The comparison of clinic effect:The total efficiency and the total efficiency of TCM symptom, with significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).2 The comparison of TCM symptom points:In the two groups after treatment, both of the TCM symptom points declined,and the effects in treatment group shown better than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05).3. The comparison of MSSS scores:After treatment in the two groups, both of MSSS scores declined. The neutrologic impairment integral scores in the treatment group declined more than the control group,and the difference was significant (P<0.05).4. The comparison of ADL:After treatment in the two groups, ADL of the treatment group improved more than the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). The ADL of the treatment group was improved more than that in the control group,and the difference was significant.5.HbALc:the level of HbALc in the treatment group was different and significant(P<0.05).6.The blood lipid:After treatment in the two groups, the level of TCH and LDL-H in the treatment group was declined more than the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05).7.The safety:There was no adverse reaction in two group。Conclusion:Yi Qi Yang Yin Tong Yu decoction can significantly improve cerebral infarct post diabetes with clinical effect, TCM symptom, neutrologic impairment integral and ADL. Yi Qi Yang Yin Tong Yu decoction is also a valid prescription to Diabetic Cerebral Infarction...
