Objective:This topic changed the traditional medicine—Tianwangbuxin pill and reformed its form,to make into Tianwanganshen Paste.Through the curative effect comparison of Tianwanganshen Paste and Bailemian Capsule on the treatment of insomnia with yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity,to preliminary observe the clinical efficiency of Tianwanganshen Paste.Making full use of the advantages of the Paste,to explore a better treatment method for insomnia,at the same time to provide reliable theory and clinical evidence for the development of Tianwanganshen Paste.Methods:According to the visiting time,we randomly divided60cases conforming to the inclusion standard into Tianwanganshen Paste treatment group and Bailemian Capsule control group,30cases in each.The treatment group was treated with Tianwanganshen Paste and the control group was treated with Bailemian Capsule. Adopting the international PSQI and TCM syndrome as observation index,we investigated before and after treatment with their own self-control and compared two groups after treatment,thus evaluated sleep improvement of two sets.Results:The total clinical efficiency of the treatment group and the control group were86.67%、80%(P>0.05),The total TCM syndrome efficiency were respectively93.33%、66.67%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tianwanganshen Paste can effectively improve the patients’ sleeping situation,and the clinical efficiency was quite with Bailemian Capsule.On improvement of TCM syndrome and sleep quality the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Tianwanganshen Paste had not obvious toxicity and side effects,so it was worthy of clinical application.
