Clinical Study On Treatment Of Migraine With Blood Deficiency And Liver Syndrome

Objective:By exploring the characteristics of migraine pathogenesis syndrome,to provide a basis for argument from the blood deficiency and liver treatment of migraine.By observing and evaluating the clinical efficacy of nourishing liver decoction in treating migraine,to prove that blood deficiency and liver is the basic pathogenesis of migraine.Methods:By reviewing the literature on the treatment of migraine in ancient and modern doctors,and summarizing the clinical experience of tutor for many years of treatment of migraine,we put forward a point of view that blood deficiency and liver and the growth and transformation between each other is the pathogenesis of its characteristics.According to the different stages of headache attack period and intermittent period,the key to relieve pain and control recurrence is that nourishing liver as a method and combined with specific syndromes treatment.This clinical research adopt simple randomized clinical trial design.Collected 128 migraine cases,and divided into treatment group and the control group of 64 cases.The treatment group take nourishing blood and stabilize liver,the control group take flunarizine capsules,a course of treatment for 2 months,then counted effect after discontinued medicine for 1 month.Compared headache points before and after treatment.(the sum of number of episodes,degree,duration),and evaluated the clinical effect of nourishing blood and stabilize live which treat migraine.Results:(1)After treatment,the number of migraine attacks decreased significantly,compared with before treatment,P both<0.01.This suggesting that the two groups after treatment can significantly reduce the number of migraine attacks.After treatment,the number of migraine attacks in the two groups was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.01.This suggest that the number of headache attacks in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.(2)After treatment,the two groups of headache were significantly decreased,compared with before treatment,P both<0.01.This suggesting that both groups after treatment can significantly reduce the degree of headache.After treatment,the two groups of headache compared with the treatment group was significantly lighter than the control group,P<0.01.This suggest that the treatment group to reduce the degree of headache was significantly better than the control group.(3)After treatment,the duration of headache decreased significantly,compared with before treatment,P both<0.01.This suggesting that both groups after treatment can significantly shorten the duration of headache.After treatment,the duration of the two groups was significantly shorter than the control group,P<0.01.This suggest that the treatment group to shorten the duration of headache was significantly better than the control group.(4)Improvement situation of headache points:After treatment,the scores of headache were significantly decreased,compared with before treatment,P both<0.01.This suggesting that headache improved significantly.After treatment,the scores of the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group,P<0.01.This suggest that the treatment group to reduce headache score was better than the control group.(5)The overall efficacy evaluation:In the treatment group,total 64 cases,clinical cure in 21 cases(32.8%),markedly effective in 17 cases(26.6%),effective in 20 cases(31.3%),ineffective in 6 cases(9.3%).The total efficiency is 90.7%.In the control group,64 cases(11.2%)were clinically cured,11 cases(17.2%)were effective,27 cases(42.2%)were effective,15 cases(23.4%)were ineffective,the total effective rate was 76.6%.The total effective rate of the two groups,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The two groups of clinical cure rate,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.This consequence shows that the treatment of migraine headache plus the total effective rate,The clinical cure rate was significantly better than flunarizine control group.Conclusion:Treating migraine with nourishing liver decoction was significantly better than the control group,which can significantly reduce the number of headache attacks,headache level and shorten the duration of headache.The comprehensive effect of nourishing liver decoction on migraine was better than the control group.
