Clinical Research On Yi Qi Yang Yin Method In Treatment Of Premature Ventricular Contraction

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the yiqiyangyin method on PVC anddiscuss the mechanisms of the method of supplementingqi,nourishing yin and activating blood circulation. Method:60patients of coronaryheart disease with PVC were randomly divided into observation group (30cases) andcontrol group (30cases).Results: In the observation group, the symptoms were improved remarkably, whichwere significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). The curative effect OfPVC in two groups had significant deviation（P<0.05）.The control group with30casewere dosed with routine western medicine,and theating group with30case were dosedwith Yi Qi Yang Yin Fang on the basic Theat of routine western medicine,and appraise thecurative effect after four weeks.Conclusions: yiqiyangyin method can improve clinical symptoms and themanifestation of DCG remarkably，reduce incidence rate of PVC and degrade the severityof PVC. To explore its mechanism may be related to the can improve myocardial cellmetabolism, reduce the self-discipline of myocardial cells have a certain relationship.
