Clinical Observation Of Yiqiyangyin Detoxificationmethod Combined With TE Neoadjuvant Therapy In Locally Advanced Breastyin Deficiency Type

Objectives:Self Observation Radix Astragalus soup detoxification joint docetaxel. epirubicin neoadjuvant treatment of locally advanced breast cancer efficacy and safety evaluation of the advantages of Chinese medicine in the neoadjuvant chemotherapy for Yiqiyangyin detoxification method applied to breast cancer provide clinical basis.Methods:72 cases of breast cancer patients with Qi random number method will meet the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group of 36 patients and a control group of 36 patients in the control group treatment with docetaxel combined with epirubicin three weeks of chemotherapy treatment 4 cycles. The treatment group received self Radix Astragalus detoxification soup 150ml/times 3 times a day in the treatment on the basis of the control group. In addition to the necessary support treatment is not taking other medications during the study. Solid tumor objective response were observed a relatively efficient, KSP score changes, chemotherapy cycle completion rate, syndromes effective rate and score improved compared to the situation and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results:1.The solid tumor objective response rate:the completion of two cycles of chemotherapy treatment group and the control group was no significant difference (26.70% VS7.69% P>0.05); the completion of 4 cycles of chemotherapy treatment group and the control group was difference there was statistically significant (30.76% VS4.54% P<0.05).2.KPS Rating:Two groups in KPS score after 4 cycles of treatment were decreased (P <0.05), KPS score between the two groups after the first cycle of chemotherapy 1,2,3,4 were statistically significant (P<0.05).3.chemotherapy completion rate:the treatment group completed the second cycle of chemotherapy were 36 cases in the control group of 34 patients. The second cycle of chemotherapy completion rate difference was not statistically significant (100% VS94.44% P>0.05); treatment group completed the third cycle of chemotherapy were 34 cases in the control group,30 cases two third cycle of chemotherapy completion rate differences no statistically significant difference (94.44% VS83.33% P>0.05); treatment group completed the first 4 cycles of chemotherapy were 32 cases in the control group,28 cases of the two groups to complete the fourth cycle of chemotherapy with or without statistically significant difference in the rate (88.88% VS77.77% P>0.05).4.TCM syndromes:After treatment, the syndromes improved efficiency of the treatment group than the control group, a statistically significant difference (P<0.05) in patients treated before the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score than the treatment improved significantly (P<0.05).5.The incidence of adverse reactions:After treatment of bone marrow suppression (white blood cells, granulocytes) treatment group compared with the control group, effective rate (P<0.05) (hemoglobin, platelets), the two groups showed no statistically significant efficiency (P>0.05); liver and kidney dysfunction situation (bilirubin, ALT/AST, alkaline phosphatase, creatinine, urea nitrogen, albuminuria) the efficiency of the two groups showed no significant (P>0.05); in reducing clinical symptoms (nausea, vomiting, skin lesions) two effective rate (P<0.05) (diarrhea, cardiac function and other toxicity) two groups there was no significant effective rate (P>0.05).In conclusion:1.Self Radix Astragalus soup detoxification joint TE neoadjuvant treatment of locally advanced breast cancer can reduce the tumor, improve syndromes improve KPS score more effective than chemotherapy alone.2.Self detoxification soup Radix Astragalus can significantly reduce bone marrow suppression caused by chemotherapy, relieve symptoms of nausea, vomiting, skin damage and other adverse reactions to improve chemotherapy cycle completion rates improve the quality of life of patients.3.Self detoxification soup Radix Astragalus can significantly reduce adverse effects caused by chemotherapy, chemotherapy cycles improve completion rates and improve clinical symptoms, improve quality of life for patients.
