| Objective:Apply the treatment of chronic uric acid nephropathy by Yiqiyangyin and Huoxuechubi method.Record the changes of serum uric acid,blood creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and 24-hour urine total protein quantity and TCM syndrome before and after treatment.To evaluate the safety and clinical efficacy of the Chinese medicine prescription for the method.Method: The study collected 60 cases totally who were admitted to the department of nephrology of Shijiazhuang hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and diagnosed as chronic uric acid nephropathy.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment and febuxostat tablets 40mg/day orally for 4 weeks.On the basis of treatment in the control group,the observation group was treated with water decoction of TCM once a day and divided into morning and evening for 4 consecutive weeks.The study observed changes in serum uric acid,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and 24-hour urine total protein quantity,monitored safety index such as blood pressure,body weight,blood routine,urine routine and liver function,and recorded clinical symptom improvement.Eventually use SPSS19.0 software for statistical analysis of data.Results:(1)Serum uric acid,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and 24-hour urine total protein quantity levels between the two groups before treatment were compared at P> 0.05,with no statistically significant difference and comparable.Before and after treatment,the levels of SUA,SCr,BUN and 24 h UTP of the observation group were changed,and thedifferences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The Change of SUA level in the control group before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01).SCr level of the control group before and after treatment showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The changes of BUN and 24 h UTP in the control group before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the SUA,SCr and BUN levels between the two groups were compared with P<0.05,in other words,the differences were statistically significant.After treatment,24 h UTP was compared between the two groups with P<0.01,so that the difference was statistically significant.(2)Before and after treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were significantly different(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms between the two groups were compared with P<0.01,therefore the difference was statistically significant.(3)After treatment,the total effective rate of disease curative effect was90% in the observation group and 70% in the control group.Compared between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of symptom curative effect was96.67% in the observation group and 83.33% in the control group.Compared between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)During the clinical study,no abnormal changes in safety indicators such as blood routine,urine routine and liver function,as well as significant adverse reactions and serious side effects were observed in the two groups.Conclusion: Yiqiyangyin and Huoxuechubi method can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of chronic uric acid nephropathy,and reduce the levels of SUA,SCr,BUN and 24 h UTP.There was no obvious adverse reactions and serious side effects,so it is worthy of clinical application. |
