Clinical Study On Treatment Of SANFH(Bone Erosion And Phlegm-Dampness Syndrome) By Massage Combined With Wendan Decoction

Objective:Through clinical observation of the effect of massage combined with Wendan Decoction in the treatment of SANFH(bone erosion,phlegm-dampness syndrome),a novel and effective TCM treatment plan is provided for clinical treatment of this disease and alleviation of clinical symptoms.The correlation between SANFH and blood lipid levels,considering that lipid metabolism disorders may be involved in its occurrence and development mechanism,clinical attention should be paid to the clinical prevention and treatment of this disease for further research.Methods: 72 patients were randomly divided into treatment or control group,36 cases in each.The former was treated with massage combined with Wendan Decoction,and latter was treated with the same drugs.The treatment time was 3 courses.In terms of scoring,the Harris score,VS score and TCMSSS of patients at the beginning of treatments,30 days,60 days,90 days after the beginning and 3 months after the end of all treatment courses are collected;in terms of physical and chemical examination,collection of treatment beginning and all total of 2 routine blood lipid results after the end of the treatment;in terms of imaging,a total of 2 hip X-ray changes were collected at the beginning of the treatment and after the end of the entire treatment.Results:Among the clinical scores,the results of the three scores of the 2 groups of patients within and between the 2 groups were better than those before treatment and at each time node(P<0.05);in terms of blood lipid levels,the comparison of the data between the 2groups showed that,the difference is significant;in terms of imaging,the degree of femoral head collapse between the 2 groups is significant compared to treatment before.The results show that the two treatment options have a positive impact on the three scores of patients,and the treatment group has better efficacy.The two treatments also have different effects in improving the patients’ blood lipid level and preventing further collapse of the femoral head.Conclusion:Massage combined with Wendan Decoction in the treatment of SANFH can improve the pain of the affected limb and increase the mobility of the affected limb to a certain extent,helping the patient to resume daily life as much as possible;the blood lipid level and femoral head collapse after the end of the treatment group.The degree has been improved to varying degrees.The treatment of SANFH by strengthening the spleen,dispelling dampness,and replenishing the liver and kidney,improves the patient’s symptoms of limb pain and activity limitation,as well as blood lipids and imaging.
