The Clinical Observation On The Efficacy Of Treating Early Avascular Necrosis Of Femoral Head With GuShi Decoction And Alendronate

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of gushi decoction combined with alendronate in the treatment of early stage osteonecrosis of the femoral head,and to explore a method of preserving traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of early femoral head necrosis.Methods:A retrospectively study was conducted to analyze the clinical data of patients with ARCO?/?stage osteonecrosis of the femoral head who were treated at the Joint Department of Orthopedics of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2014 to October 2016.And comparison the Clinical curative effect of different treatment methods.The patients were divided into Gu Shi decoction combined with alendronate group(observation group,20 case,25 hips),Gu Shi decoction group(control group A,20 case,24 hips)and Xianling Gubao Capsule group(control group B,20 case,26 hips)according to the different methods of treatment.Treatment for two months as a course of treatment,At the end of each treatment review double hip x-ray film once,and review of liver and kidney function.All patients were followed up for more than one year,after six courses of treatment,and clinical efficacy evaluation of Harris hip score function,imaging changes.Results:1.All the patients were selected for following-up,and all of them achieved certain therapeutic effect.2.The three groups of patients showed significant differences in the Harris functional score and imaging changes of the hip joint.The observation group was significantly better than the control group A and control group B;3.The control group A and control group B also had significant differences in the Harris function score and imaging changes of the hip joint,and the control group A achieved better therapeutic effect.Conclusions:1.Gu Shi decoction combined with alendronate,Gu Shi decoction,Xianling Gubao capsule for the treatment of Early Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head all have certain treatment effect,and have clinical application value;2.In the treatment of Early Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head,Gu Shi decoction have better clinical effect compared with Xianling Gubao capsule;3.After standard treatment,Gu Shi decoction combined with alendronate would get better hip function,imaging changes in performance and better clinical efficacy in the treatment of Early Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head,compared with simple oral Gu Shi decoction or Xianling Gubao capsule,it is worth further study and application.
