Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of QUYUJIEDU(QYJD)decoction on endometriosis and to explore its mechanism. Method:60patientswith endometriosis were randomly divided into two groups:30patients treated withQYJD Decoction (QYJD group) and the others treated with Dan’e Fukang SoftExtract (DEFK group). Observe the improvement of the two groups before and aftertreatment in patients with clinical symptoms, physical signs, the levels of IL-6、sICAM-1in the serum and ICAM-1in the eutopic endometrium. Result: QYJDDecoction is effective to improve the symptom, physical sign, raise the levels ofIL-6、sICAM-1in the serum, ruduce the levels of ICAM-1in the eutopic endomet-rium. Conclusion: QYJD Decoction is effective in treating endometriosis. Themechanism might be inhibiting the disesae development by strenging the stability ofthe eutopic endometrium and controlling the ectopic endometrial cells in pelvicadhesion.
