Clinical And Experimental Studies On The Effect Of Quyujiedu Decoction In Treating Endometrioses

Objective: to observe the effect of QUYUJIEDU(QYJD) decoction on endometrioses and to explore its mechanism . methodxlinical study:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups :the herb group (treated with QYJD)and control group(treated with Danazol) , before and after treatment, the clinical symptom, physical sign , development of immunity and pregnancy were observed. Experimental study:60 mice were divided randomly into three groups:herh group(treated with QYJD), control group(treated with Danazol) and untreated group.According to Johns mothod, rat animals models with endometrioses were established .Expression of Bax in normal endometrium, ectopic endometrium and myometrium was assessed by immunohistochemical staining. Result:QYJD is effective to improve the symptom, physical sign, raise pregnancy rate, rectify immunity. In the experimental study ,QYJD improve expression of Bax in ectopic endomtrium.conclusion: QYJD is effective in treating endometrioses.it can rectify the immunity dysfunction and improve the percentage of the apoptosis in ectopic endometrium.
