The Effect Of QUYUJIEDU Decoction An MMP-9mRNA In Eutopic Endometrium Of Patients With EM

Objective: Based on the correlation of clinical research，Observation andanalysis QUYUJIEDU decoction for patients with endometriosis of blood stasisand toxin accumulation syndrome in the clinical symptoms, signs, relevantimmunological indexes and endometrium matrix metalloproteinase-9（MMP-9）,make traditional chinese medicine blood stasis and toxin accumulationsyndrome and the pathogenesis of western medicine combined，to provideclinical drug use with the new theory and clinical evidence，to providefollow-up research with some scientific evidence。Method：70patients withendometriosis were randomly divided into two groups，35cases were treatedwith QUYUJIEDU decoction，the last with QUYUJIEDU placebo，then chosed35persons who were not suffered from endometriosis，or normal female as normalgroup，observe the improve symptoms and signs of before and after treatment，immunological indexes CA125and IL-6of the first two groups，check theendometrium MMP-9,and compared with the normal group，statistical thepregnancy rate of treatment group and control group。Result：Compared the aftertreatment of treatment group with the before treatment，after the treatmentof three months，the chinese medicine blood stasis and toxin accumulationsyndrome of abnormal menstruation menoxenia and dysmenorrheal wereeffectively improved，the difference have statistical significance（P<0.05）， the level of CA125and IL-6were reduced，the difference have statisticalsignificance，the expression of the endometrium MMP-9were also totallyreduced，the difference have statistical significance，the pregnancy rate wereimproved to52.63%，Compared with control group（28.57%），the difference havestatistical significance。Conclusion：As to patients with endometriosis ofblood stasis and toxin accumulation syndrome，QUYUJIEDU decoction has theideal treatment effect，the mechanism of action may be through the reducedexpression of MMP-9，so as to reduce the attaehment、aggression andangiogenesis of the endometrial cells for ectopic growing，and by regulatingthe body immune related patients，so as to reduce the formation of ectopiclesions。...
