| Objective: The article was to observe the clinical curative effects of visual acupotomymirror to release Jiaji points on treating Yellow ligament hypertrophy Lumbar spinalstenosis, thus providing a reliable curative effect analysis for clinical treatment.Methods: The subjects has selected60cases of patients (lumbar spinal stenosis) wererandomly and blindly divided into observation group and control group. The observationgroup were treated with visual acupotomy mirror,Treated every seven days, while thecontrol group were given acupuncture.one period of treatment is two times. one times a day,seven times for a course of treatment.Observe and record VAS scores, JOA scores beforeand after the treatment.Results: After one period of treatment，there were differences of VAS scores and JOAscores between the two groups（p＜0.05). It shows that visual acupotomy mirror has abetter clinical curative effect than acupuncture.Conclusion: The visual acupotomy mirror can significantly improve the clinicalcurative effect on Yellow ligament hypertrophy Lumbar spinal stenosis by releasing Jiajipoints on waist, which is superior to traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture. Thismethod has significant effect and is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
