Clinical Study On Acupoint Sticking In Treating Allergic Rhinitis Of Different Syndrome Types

Objective: The article was to observe the clinical curative effects of acupoint stickingon allergic rhinitis of different syndrome types and discuss that which kind of typeacupoint sticking has the best effects on， thus providing a reliable curative effect analysisfor clinical treatment.Method: This study has selected60AR patients， including lung qi deficiency cold30cases and spleen qi feebleness30cases. In order to observe and record the changes ofthe main symptoms，physical signs before and after the treatment， and evaluate theclinical treatment.Results：After four weeks，acupoint sticking therapy， compared with themselves，there were significant differences of main symptoms(sneezing， running nose， stuffynose，nose itching) and physical signs(the nasal examination，catarrhal，secretion) betweenthe two syndrome types. There were significant differences of sneezing and the nasalexamination， differences of runny nose、catarrhal and secretion after the treatmentbetween the two types. There were no significant differences between stuffy nose and noseitching.Conclusions: Acupoint sticking can effectively improve the symptom，physical signsof lung qi deficiency and spleen qi feebleness. It shows that acupoint sticking is theeffective and safe treatment on the two kinds of syndrome of allergic rhinitis.
