| Objective: Observe the clinical efficacy bushing drink Yin Deficiency type of chronicheart failure.Methods: Randomly selected60patients met the inclusion criteria were randomlydivided into experimental group and control group,30cases in each group. The controlgroup with conventional Western anti-heart failure therapy, treatment group were based onthe use bushing drink (astragalus, ginseng, Ophiopogon, Schisandra, salvia, etc.) orally,surrounded by a treatment cycle.Results: Pre-treatment group and control group after treatment, comparing thedifference, p <0.05, description of plasma NT-proBNP levels in the treatment groupdecreased more significantly; compared between the two groups in the hemodynamic p onHR <0.05, to indicate the efficacy of the treatment group than the control group HR;comparison between the two groups in cardiac ultrasound results photogenic, p <0.01, thedifference was statistically significant, indicating that the treatment group was superior tothe control group; two heart function after x2inspection, the total efficiency compared tothe therapeutic effect in the treatment group showed superior treatment effect in thecontrol group; after treatment, the efficacy of TCM syndrome comparison, p <0.05, thetotal efficiency of combined treatment group showed better than the control group.
