Peach Siwu Decoction Combined With Modified Judet Surgical Approach Method To Treat Various Scapula Fracture Clinical Observation

Objective: To observe the effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction on scapular fractur e after operation, shoulder and back pain, swelling, shoulder joint function limitati on of activity etc.To improve the situation of energy barrier, further verify Taohongsiwu Decoctio n on theapplication and promotion of early fracture.Methods: the 21 cases were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group and the control group are in operation under general anesthesia, using modified Judet surgical approach surgery. Two groups of pa tients withpostoperative X-ray examination of internal fixation is firm, the selection o f square limbforearm for breast suspension. The control of proprietary Chinese medicin e conventionalintravenous drip of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasi s and swelling after the operation of group, the treatment group on the second day a fter operation were givenoral Taohong Siwu Decoction, prescription: rehmannia, ang elica, red peony root 15 g 15g10g, Chuanxiong 8g, peach kernel, safflower 6G 9g. T he traditional Chinese medicines with water 250 ml before the herbs, soaking for 2 h ours, with Wu Huo Decoction 15 minutes,medicine juice is 150 ml, and continue to add water 200 ml, high heat for 20 minutes, take medicine juice 150 ml, put o ut two times against the medicine juice phase. One dose daily, morning and evening two fasting oral, and even served 7 days as a course of 1, sustained6 courses.Results: the treatment group: 1, third, 7 days in postoperative pain value lower than the control group patients shoulder back pain, there is a difference(P<0.05); 2, the treatment group than the control group of 7 days after surgery in third patients, t he degree ofswelling subsided quickly, there are differen ces(P<0.05). 3, four th, 8 weeks after limbshoulder joint function score difference(P<0.05), and the tre atment group scores than those in the control group, explain the treatment group in f ourth, 8 weeks after the operation of shoulder joint function recovery better than the control group. 4, to participate in the study of postoperative patients with regular mo nthly follow-up, all patients had nocomplications, the effect is good.Conclusion: This study suggests that Taohong Siwu Decoction Combined wit h modified Judet surgical approach is superior to the rehabilitation of scapular fractur e simple modified Judet surgical approach of the treatment of scapular fracture. Taoho ng Siwu Decoction onpostoperative rehabilitation of scapula fracture process, to relie ve pain, swelling, promote the recovery of shoulder joint function, has significant curative effect on the early recovery of the function of fracture.
