The Study For The Correlation Between TCM Syndromes Distirbution Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseas And The Quality Of Life

Objective: This paper aims to provide an objective correlation between thesyndromes of TCM in stable stage of COPD and the quality of life, and find the point ofintegration of TCM and modern medicine indicators of stable COPD.So we can try toachieve TCM quantify objective, and give full play to the advantages of Chinese medicinecombating the disease.Methods: We collected80patients cases of stable COPD patients met the inclusioncriteria, and record patients’ gender, age, disease duration, smoking history and othergeneral and body mass index (BMI), CAT score.Study for the correlation between TCMSyndromes distribution of COPD and the quality of life.Results: The stable COPD of different TCM syndrome patients had statisticalsignificance on age distribution, weight respectively and the CAT score (P <0.05). Thestable COPD of different TCM syndrome patients had no statistical significance on thegender distribution,BMI and smoking index (P＞0.05).Conclusion: There is a certain relevance between the TCM syndrome of stable COPDpatients and the quality of life.
