The Survey Of The Relationship Between TCM Syndrome Types And Quality Of Life In 50 Patients Of COPD Combined With Depression And Effect Of Qibai Pingfei Capsule On Monoamine Neurotransmitter Of Experimental Rat

Objective1 In order to analyze the relationship between the TCM syndromes and the quality of life in patients of COPD combined with depression,in order to improve the quality of life of patients of COPD combined with depression,and provide a theoretical basis for the selection and evaluation of curative effect to reduce the burden of family and society.2 To investigate the changes of representation,pulmonary function,transcriptional level of 5-HT ? DA,5-HT1A/2AR mRNA in cortical area of rats and explore the mechanism of Qibai pingfei capsule on treating COPD with depression from Yiqi phlegm disperses blood stasis function.Methods1 Our cases came from the Department of respiration the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui TCM University,Department of respiration,cadres,all the 50 patients met the study inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria in patients of COPD with depression,TCM syndrome diagnosis standard reference,to collect the patients of different syndrome types and to evaluate the quality of life of patients of COPD with depression-74(GQOLI-74)plus the general situation of the quality of life of patients with information collection,collation,the general condition of patients,TCM syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine,survival The quality of each dimension into the database.First,using the Krone Bach coefficient alpha(Chronbachalpha),a scale of credibility,and then select the job,age,sex,marriage,education level,economic status,factors of TCM syndromes and other factors,on the basis of data normality and homogeneity of variance analysis,tested by t test and single factor variance,mean 22 compared with the SNK-q test standard test to P<0.05.A significant difference for P>0.05 is of no statistical significance.The evolution law and the traditional Chinese medicine of TCM Descriptive statistical analysis.2 The rat model of COPD accompanied with depression was established.Ninety male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups,namely normal group,COPD group,COPD depression group,QPC group,Venlafaxine group,and QPC plus Venlafaxine group.And then the effects of QPC on the lung function and the general characteristics were observed.Furthermore,the mRNA level of 5-HT1 AR and5-HT2 AR were determined by real-time quantitative reverse transcription PCR(RT-q PCR),and the level of 5-HT ? DA in rat cortical area were assayed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results1 COPD accompanied with depression patients in each TCM syndrome suffer injury to different extent.There is statistically significant in group of Phlegm turbidity yu lung,syndrome of liver depress(P <0.05).2 From the general condition,the rats of COPD depression group slower in reacting,had less activities,more timid,and more footed than the rats of normal group.they often cowered.They are withered and yellow.the water and food intake is reduced.The body mass is reduced or the increase is small.They cough and sneeze occasionally.The sound of breath is rough.Oral and nasal secretions are numerous.Sometimes we can hear the sound of phlegm.The related symptoms in QPC group,Venlafaxine group,and QPC plus Venlafaxine group are improved.There is no difference in normal group.3 Pulmonary function test results showed that lung function parameters FVC,FEV0.3,FEV0.3/FVC were significantly lower in model group(P<0.01),and improved in COPD group,QPC group,Venlafaxine group,and QPC plus Venlafaxine group(P<0.01).4 Sugar consumption experiments showed that,there was no statistically significant between the two groups before experiment.There was no statistically significant in normal group before and after the experiment.Percentage of sugar water consumption of COPD depression group decreased more obviously after than before(P <0.01).Percentage of sugar water consumption of COPD depression groupwas lower than normal group after the experiment(P < 0.01).5 The results of the motion score showed that,There was no statistically significant in normal group before and after the experiment(P>0.05).After the the experiment score was lower than before in COPD depression group obvious(P <0.01).After the the experiment scores were lower than before in COPD group,QPC group,Venlafaxine group,and QPC plus Venlafaxine group(P < 0.05).After the the experiment scores in COPD group,QPC group,Venlafaxine group,and QPC plus Venlafaxine group were lower than the score in normal group(P < 0.01).After the the experiment scores in COPD group,QPC group,Venlafaxine group,and QPC plus Venlafaxine group were higher than the score in COPD depression group(P <0.01).There was no statistically significant in QPC group,Venlafaxine group,and QPC plus Venlafaxine group before and after the experiment(P > 0.05).6 Real-time PCR results showed that the level of 5-HT1A/2AR mRNA in COPD depression group were lower than normal group(P < 0.05).The leve l of 5-HT1A/2AR mRNA in cortical area of rats in COPD group,QPC group,Venlafaxine group,and QPC plus Venlafaxine group were higher than those in COPD depression group(P < 0.05)and different from the normal group.7 HPLC results showed that the expressions of 5-HT?DA of rats were lower in COPD depression group than normal group(P < 0.05).The expressions of 5-HT1A?5-HT2 C ? 5-HT3 of rats were higher in COPD group,QPC group,Venlafaxine group,and QPC plus Venlafaxine group than those in COPD depression group(P <0.05)and different from the normal group.Conclusions1 Different syndromes in patients of COPD combined with depression in the dimension of the quality of physiological condition of survival,physical dimension,mental dimension,social dimension,material dimension.According to the different clinical syndromes on the quality of life of a dimension for targeted treatment,in order to improve the quality of life of patients.2 Gender,occupation,marriage and economic level have different effects on thequality of life of the patients with different syndromes of COPD combined with depression.3 Qibai Pingfei capsule could improve the level of monoamine neurotransmitter such as 5-HT and its receptor,wards against depression,improve immunity and offer theoretical basis for clinical treatment of combined with depression.
