| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Yutai Fang combined withwestern medicine in treating early threatened abortion, and to explore its mechanism ofaction.Methods: In60cases of Lienal kidney two empty patients with early threatenedabortion, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment grouptreated with Yutai Fang created by Shandong famous TCM professor Ye Qing combinedwith western medicine treatment, the control group was treated with western medicinealone.7days for a course of treatment, two groups of patients in the changes of clinicalsymptoms, serum E2, P, β-HCG, CA125level, B ultrasound monitoring of continuoustreatment after4courses of treatment.Results:Treatment group total effective rate was93.33%, control group total effective rate was70.00%, comparing the two groups havesignificant difference (P<0.05); In the two groups after treatment in the aspect of clinicalsymptoms, the observation indexes were significantly improved, compared with beforetreatment with significant difference (P<0.05); Two groups after treatment serum CA125levels were lower, compared with before treatment with significant difference (P<0.05),spuc winners after treatment serum CA125level decreased, compared with beforetreatment has a very significant difference (P<0.01); Spuc loser after treatment serumCA125level compared with before treatment there was no significant difference (P>0.05),spuc losers serum CA125levels were significantly higher than those after treatment spucwinners, comparison between the two groups was very significant difference (P<0.01). Conelusions:1.Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment cansignificantly improve the kidney and spleen deficiency type two early threatened abortionpatients clinical symptoms, improve the level of serum E2, P, beta HCG, promote thegrowth of the gestational sac,reduce the serum CA125level.2.Serum CA125levels topredict the disease outcome has a certain reference value. |
