The Study Of Professor Ding Shuwen Treating Senile Hypertension Based On Data Mining

Objective: Collecting and collating the medical record of Professor Ding Shuwentreating senile hypertension,counting the basic situation,using data mining techniques toanalyze the information on medical records,exploring the medication features and thecharacteristics of treatment,in order to better inherit and carry forward the valuable clinicexperience of famous TCM.Method: Retrieving the "Professor Ding Shuwen outpatient electronic medical recordsystem",a total of161medical records of senile hypertension meet the conditions,thencollate the medical record data and input Word document or Excel spreadsheet.UsingSPSS17.0statistical software and Excel databases,to analyze the tidied data,to count themedical record basic information and the frequency of medications,symptoms,signs,disease; to date the sixing,wuwei and meridian the of high-frequency medicine;to find outthe commonly used special drugs or drug groups by using the exploratory factor analysis;to analyze the relationship between the special drugs﹑drug groups and the high frequencyof clinical symptoms,signs and elderly hypertensive disorders by using the logisticregression analysis of binary data.Results:(1) The basic situation: female ratio1:1.5, the median age is67years old, themedian disease duration is10years. The median blood pressure, the systolic bloodpressure is160mmHg, the diastolic blood pressure is85mmHg, the pulse pressure is75mmHg.Classification of hypertension, the most is isolated systolic hypertension (51.6%);stages, the most is Ⅲ period (61.5%); stratification, the most is very high risk (37.5%).Month of treatment, most on october and least on August.(2) Drug Analysis: A total of103drug taste was got, the top three frequency is Uncaria (96.3%), Chuan Xiong (87%),berber -ine (85.1%).Classified the high-frequency medicine, the top three efficacy is heat category(29.7%), blood category (15.0%), tonic category (14.9%), by the sixingwuwei statistics，the top two are cold (38.1%), warm (35.7%), by the meridian statistics, the top two are theliver (20.8%),kidney (14.2%).(3) Factor Analysis:14pairs of drugs or drug groups weregot, the top three frequently used are Uncaria（97.5%), gardenia,berberine, moutan (55.3%),raw licorice (48.4%).(4)Logistic regression analysis: gardenia, berberine, moutan are usedwhen confronted with dizziness, moss, yellow or white fur;Raw licorice is used whenconfronted with dry mouth, pink tongue and white fur;Siegesbeckiae, arrowroot,Ligustrum lucidum, Alisma are used when confronted with lower limb edema, dark purpletongue or ecchymosis petechiae, white fur and pulse string; Epimedium, Chuanxiong areused when confronted with chills and lower,limb edema and white fur; Leech, borneol areused when confronted with numbness of limbs,irritability, yellow and greasy fur and wirypulse; Raw Astragalus, Radix, Schisandra are used when confronted with chest tightness,shortness of breath, dark purple tongue or ecchymosis petechiae and white fur; Spinosae,Polygonum vine are used when confronted with Insomnia, palpitations, fatigue, yellowgreasy moss; Rhubarb is used when confronted with Constipation,limb numbness;RadixRehmanniae,cornus are used when confronted with sweating, palpitations and diabetes;elecampane,villosum are used when confronted with epigastric fullness thin pulse;Skullcap,borneol are used when confronted with dysphoria in chestpalms-soles,sweating,upset, yellow greasy moss; Fried Atractylodes,Poria are used when confronted with gastriccavity fullness, aversion to cold, greasy fur and slippery pulse. When Senile hypertensioncombined with coronary heart disease,leeches and angelica are used,combined with dia-betes,poria is used,combined with arrhythmia, ophiopogon japonicas is used,combinedwith cerebral infarction,leeches and notopterygium root are used.Conclusion: Most of the senile hypertension is isolated systolic hypertension，and theblood pressure of phase III and very high risk is the most. Professor Ding used heatclearing drugs to treat the senile hypertension mostly, Qing "heat toxin" and "repairdeficiency", at the same time used tonic drugs. In addition, Professor Ding also made useof promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, paid attention to the overallconcept, adjusted diet, sleep, stool and complicating diseases.
