| Purpose: To investigate the effect and safety of Maixuekang Capsule on acute cerebralinfarction with arterial thrombolysis.Method:100cases acute cerebral infarction patients with arterial thrombolysis in our hospitalfrom December2012to December2013were randomly divided into study group(50cases)and the control group(50cases). All patients were routinely treatment by anticoagulant,antiplatelet, hypolipidemic, expansion and scavenging free radicals in two groups and addMaixuekang capsules1g (4tablets) oral three times daily in study group. Comparativeanalysis the lipids, coagulation indicators before thrombolytic therapy and after30d betweentwo groups and NIHSS score after thrombolytic therapy24h,7d and the MRS score afterthrombolytic therapy three months.Result: There are no significant difference of TC, TG levels in two groups(P>0.05);and the PT, APTT levels after thrombolytic therapy30d are significantly higher than beforein both treatment group and control group (P <0.05, P <0.01),and the PT, APTT levelsafter thrombolytic therapy30d significantly higher than that in thrombolytic therapy(P <0.05,P <0.01).;in treatment group are that in control group (P <0.05, P <0.01);before and aftertreatment,and after treatment,The NIHSS score.after thrombolytic therapy24h and7d intreatment group are significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01),and MRSscores in the treatment group is higher than that in the control group after thrombolytictherapy3month follow-up(P <0.01).Conclusion: Maixuekang capsules can reduce blood viscosity, thereby enhancing cerebralhemodynamics, improve blood supply to the brain tissue and support, promote functionalrecovery of the lesion area of brain cells, improve treatment and reduce disability. |
