| Objective: To investigate the influential factors which aggravate the condition ofthrombolysis treated with intra-arterial thrombolysis within the next day. Methods:118patients with acute cerebral infarction and intra-arterial urokinase were selected. Allwere divided into two groups according to the next day of postoperative neuralfunctional defect: the aggravated group and no aggravated group,20risk factors such asgender, age, time interval between onset to thrombolysis, atrial fibrillation, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, blood glucose and body temperature before thrombolysis, low densitylipoprotein(LDL), high density lipoprotein(HDL), triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC),the occlusion of internal carotid or middle cerebral artery, the aspirin use history within24h after thrombolysis, the dosage of urokinase(UK), the leukocyte count beforethrombolysis, the neutrophil, the haemoglobin count before thrombolysis, fibrinogen andCT early ischemic change of were detected.Last, analize the influential factors bymultivariate logistic regression analysis. Results:66cases belonged to the aggravatedgroup(accounting for about55.93%),52cases belonged to no aggravatedgroup(accounting for about44.07%). Univariate analysis showed that the time intervalbetween onset to thrombolysis, blood glucose and body temperature before thrombplysis, low density lipoprotein(LDL), high density lipoprotein(HDL), triglyceride(TG),totalcholesterol(TC), the occlusion of internal carotid or middle cerebral artery, the aspirin usehistory within24h after thrombolysis and the dosage of urokinase(UK)were the riskfactors to influence prognosis, multivariate Logistic regression showed that the timeinterval between onset to thrombolysis, blood glucose and body temperature beforethrombolysis, the occlusion of internal carotid or middle cerebral artery and the aspirin usehistory within24h after thrombolysis were independent predictors to aggravate thecondition of patients with the next day of thrombolysis. Conclusion: The time interval between onset to thrombolysis, blood glucose and body temperature before thrombolysis, the occlusion of internal carotid or middle cerebral artery and the aspirin use historywithin24h after thrombolysis are independent predictors to aggravate the condition ofpatoents with the next day of thrombolysis. |
