Purpose: Comparative observation of massage in the clinical efficacy of TKA in perioperation period, and to explore its mechanism,in order to evaluate the clinical value andfeasibility to massage the peri operation period of TKA to improve the function of knee joint, which is of clinical application and formulation of the standard treatment foundation.Method: The64patients meeting inclusion criteria patients, randomly divided intotreatment group and control group. In the treatment group to massage combined with CPM fortreatment of TKA in peri operation period, the control group after CPM treatment. The twogroups of patients with peri operation period each time the HSS score,ROM value,VASvalue analysis and evaluation of pain, safety index after operation,to observe its clinicaltherapeutic effect.Result:4cases of falling for64patients in the trial process, completed in60patients.Comparison of the peri operation period of two groups of patients with total HSS score, preoperative and postoperative day2, P>0.05,no significant difference. But the treatmentgroup at the time of admission and1day before surgery,HSS score increased than the controlgroup. After seventh days and14days in two groups of HSS score,P<0.01,shows that thetwo groups in the postoperative2weeks the difference HSS score and1weeks after operationthere was statistical significance. The comparison of the two group of preoperative ROMvalues,no significant difference, but the treatment group by massage therapy, increase theactivity of knee joint than admission. After2to14days postoperative results analysis,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. The two groups of patients with pain,VASvalue,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant, suggesting that two groups ofpatients with postoperative pain were improved, but the treatment group than in controlgroup, the analgesic effect. Two groups of patients after the first day, second day and two daytotal drainage volume,P values were more than0.05,with no significant difference betweenthe treatment group, the massage treatment did not increase the postoperative drainage. Twoweeks after the surgery of knee10cm diameter,4-10days,P<0.05after the operation, thedifference was statistically significant, suggesting that the treatment group fade faster than thecontrol group after swelling. Two groups of patients with an average hospitalization daysanalysis can be seen,P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Massage on the intervention effect of TKA in peri operation period isexact, the restoration of knee function after surgery underwent CPM treatment, worthy ofclinical application.
