| Objective: to observe the through hole buried line therapy to treat the immediate and long-term effect of the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods: 60 primary dysmenorrhea patients were randomly divided to 30 patients thread group and 30 patients to control group. Therapy group(thread group) and control group(needing group) all use sanyinjiao, diji, guanyuan, tian, guilai, ciliao, zhongliao as the major acupuncture points, with the card to add and subtract; Observe the pain score of two groups of cases and visual analogue scale(VAS).Before treatment and after treatment of evaluation, and at the end of the last a period of treatment to three menstrual cycles do review curative effect evaluation. Establishment of a database, use statistical description spss13.0.Results:The therapeutic effect of point through point catgut embedding and acupuncture trea tment of primary dysmenorrhea significantly, in different periods have similar efficacy(P>0.05), suggesting that point through point catgut embedding and acupuncture both short-term e fficacy or long-term efficacy were similar. Acupuncture group, the total effective rate was 96.7%, the comparison group total effectiveness 93.9%, two groups of clinical curative effects was statistically difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Catgut embedding therapy for treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with acupunc ture is slightly better, embedded wire therapy and traditional acupuncture treatment of primary dysmenorrhea effect similar to that of but compared with embedded wire therapy can shorten the treatment time, time cost is small, the effect lasts longer, greatly save the patient’s treatment time, whether compliance or treatment effect is satisfactory, patients in the treatment of choice space time is bigger, can greatly improve the clinical turnover, according to the characteristics of modern people can’t treatment adherence buried line therapy for both the patient and hospital, is worth promotion. |
