ObjectiveThe main topics in the four aspects of cognition-intervention, behavior intervention,family-intervention, psychological-intervention, Through mutual salon this form ofglaucoma of nursing intervention on patients with glaucoma were observed before and after the intervention, comparison, study its impact on compliance, to explore improve compliance, delaying the development of visual function damage, blindness treatment of blind, so as to improve the quality of life in patients with glaucoma withnew ideas.MethodsA random sample of 2013 to 2014 of Liaoning province in a three level of first-class hospital department of ophthalmology hospital glaucoma patients as a control group of 44 cases, 45 cases of glaucoma patients as the observation group, the observation group and the control group were given routine health education during hospitalization.In the observation group uses the Conventional health education, 12 months after discharge also mutual salon systematic nursing intervention. The intervention includes four aspects of ognitionintervention, behavior-intervention, family-intervention and psychologicalintervention. Study of the two groups after 12 months, compared to observe the situation. Including adherence to medication, timely review,avoidance of causative factors and psychological barriers, also includes two social level: One, family members of patients are the high-risk population with genetic factors toactive treatment, early detection, early diagnosis,early treatment, fundamentallyreduces the incidence of glaucoma. Two, patient self det ection, timely detection of problems, timely medical treatment, reduce the disease damage, improve the survival quality of the patients. On the research of poor patient compliance, focused on the physiological and psychological reasons, also includes not understand treatment, postoperative not required to adhere to the referral and medication.To improve the nursing quality continuously, the factors influencing the compliance of the implementation of specific measures according to the characteristics, through mutual salon formulation of the mission plan, strengthen mutual supervision,perfecting the rehabilitation knowledge, solve the adverse factors. With the general information questionnaire, compliance questionnaire survey is conducted to the patients, compared two groups of patients at 12 months after discharge compliancedifferences, determine whether effective salon.Results1.12 month after discharge for two group comparison of compliance,the avoidance of causative factors, psychological barriers, self detection, went to families, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, with significant difference(P < 0.05), several other little difference.2. 12 months after discharge, the intervention group compliance rate increased, with significant difference(P < 0.01).3.12 months after discharge, poor compliance in three aspects: physical hypofunction,willpower is not strong, can not adapt to the visual deprivation and do not understand the knowledge of disease.4.Percentage of poor compliance,The observation group was better than the control group, with significant difference(P < 0.01).Conclusions1.Glaucoma mutual salon this system nursing intervention can effectively improve thecompliance behavior of patients with glaucoma.2.Good compliance can enable patients to avoid inducing factors, reduce the negative emotion of patients with glaucoma, improve bad behavior.3.Glaucoma mutual salon this nursing intervention form, can make patients inoperation and drug treatment, slow down the damage of visual function,auxi liary effect actively in treatment and the development of the disease.4.Glaucoma mutual salon this form is worth promotion and popularization of hospitaland community.
