Observation Of The Efficacy Of Blood Stasis-removing And Du Vein-dredging’s Treatment For Ankylosing Spondylitis

ObjectivesBy comparing and analysis before and after treatment of AS syndromes, Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index (BASDAI), Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index (BASFI), spinal pain and global evaluation VAS (0-10cm) scores, laboratory indicators, etc.,evaluate clinical efficacy and safety of Blood stasis-removing and Du vein-dredging’s Treatment for Blockage of blood stasis of AS, to provide a reliable basis for Clinical use of the party.MethodsBased on Randomized control study,64 patients were divided into two groups, the treatment group (group A) 32cases, who were given Blood stasis-removing and Du vein-dredging’s Treatment and Diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets, sulfasalazine pyridine enteric-coated tablets, the control group (group B) 32 cases who was given Diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets, sulfasalazine pyridine enteric-coated tablets. Both groups were given omeprazole tablet. The patient is asked to strengthen the physical exercise, maintain good posture to avoid excessive fatigue. Treatment for up to three months, record outcome measures. Than deal with data, Analysis and Appraisal Efficacy and Security.Results1 Comparison of the baseline of the two groupsThe patient’s age, sex, course, symptoms, BASDAI, BASFI, spine VAS scores and PGA scores, and laboratory parameters in distribution between the two groups showed no significant difference in statistics(p> 0.05), which indicates the two groups are comparable.2 Comparison of the clinical efficacy of treatment in both groupsTreatment group:27 cases have reached the ASAS20 standard, five cases did not reach; control group:18 cases have reached the ASAS20 standard,14 cases did not reach; The difference were statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05).TCM syndromes:The total effective rate of Treatment group was 87.51%, the control group was 65.63%, The difference were statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05)3 Comparison of Symptom scores in both groupsThe difference between the value of the treament group after treatment were statistically significant (P<0.05). The difference between the value of the control group after treatment were statistically significant (P<0.05),on lumbosacral pain, back pain, morning stiffness, tingling, night pain areas, but The difference were no statistically significant (P>0.05), on lumbar activity limitation, dry mouth, dry skin less water aspects. Through Symptomatic treatment, all the symptoms can be improved. The Blood tests, ALT, CRE, BUN of both groups were within the normal range.ConclusionsTreatment of Blood stasis-removing and Du vein-dredging joint Diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets, sulfasalazine pyridine enteric-coated tablets and Treatment of sulfasalazine pyridine enteric-coated tablets joint Diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets can make the symptoms, signs, spine function improved Jnflammation indicators reduced, the disease delayed. But Treatment ofBlood stasis-removing and Du vein-dredging joint Diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets, sulfasalazine pyridine enteric-coated tablets better efficacy than Treatment of sulfasalazine pyridine enteric-coated tablets joint Diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets, and more efficient, but have side effects, so need to be careful when using.
