Purpose: Clinical observation of Jin Lian bone capsule in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA) effect of rheumatism stagnation syndrome, and through the statistical analysis of differences between the treatment group and control group, and objective evaluation of Jin Lian bone capsule in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA) the efficacy and safety of rheumatism rheumatism card.Method: We selected 60 cases of rheumatoid arthritis(rheumatism stagnation syndrome) of patients into groups, by the clinical diagnosis accorded with the inclusion criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. The control group in the treatment on the basis of added compound Fengshining capsules(Radix zanthoxyli, seven leaf lotus, Tinospora, entada, clematis, chicken incense medicine capsule is made),(Guangdong Luofushan Pharmaceutical Company Limited production), orally, 5 tablets each time, 3 times a day, after dinner Wen Kaishui taking. Two groups were treated for 4 weeks. To observe the change of patients with disease curative effect, joint pain index, the efficacy of laboratory indexes, TCM syndrome symptoms, signs, tongue, pulse condition before and after treatment.Result: Through clinical observation and statistical analysis, two groups of patients with gender, age, course of disease from were comparable(P > 0.05); laboratory examination, treatment group and control group after treatment, the condition had improved, no significant differences in disease curative effect(P > 0.05); compared with the integral effect of two groups patients with TCM syndrome of those, the treatment group than in control group(P < 0.05); evaluation of curative effect of disease, treatment group was better than the treatment group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Jin Lian bone capsule in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA) safety and clinical efficacy of rheumatic Bizu, exactly, is a more reliable method of treatment.
