| Purpose: This research observes the clinical effect of Zishenhuayu decoction in order to treat hypomenorrhea(kideny vacuity and blood stasis pattern), to further discuss the hypomenorrhea pathology mechanism and the mechanism of Zishenhuayu decoction.Method:72 patients of hypomenorrhea were randomly divided into two groups(treatment group & control group). We applied Zishenhuayu decoction to treat in treatment group,36 patients in control group were treated by Kuntai Jiaonang and Guizhifuling Jiaonang. We observed the Zishenhuayu decoction sinfluence on the patients’ total symptom scores,estradiol,follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,prolactin,testosterone,progesterone,endometrium thickness and the overall effect.Result: The results indicated:in the aspects of total symptom scores,estradiol,follicle-stimulating hormone and endometrium thickness,the treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05);but there was no differences on the luteinizing hormone,prolactin,testosterone,progesterone between the two groups(P>0.05);the treatment group showed that the total effectiveness was 88.57%. The control group was 71.43%,the curative effect of treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Zishenhuayu decoction is effective on treating hypomenorrhea,and it is worthy to extensive. |
