| Purpose:This research observes the effect of Bushenhuoxue formula in order to treat ovarian endometriotic cyst (kidney vacuity and blood stasis pattern), to explore an effective and safe treatment scheme.Method:72 patients of OEC were randomly divided into two groups (treatment group & control group). After laparoscopic operation, we applied Bushenhuoxue formula and Mifepristone Tablets to treat in treatment group,36 patients in control group were treated by Mifepristone Tablets. The treatment time was 3 months, patients were followed up for 1 years.We observed the dysmenorrhea pain improvement, TCM syndrome efficacy, relapse rate, serum CA125 levels and adverse reaction of two groups, then we statisticsed and analysised the data.Result:The results indicated:the two methods could effectively improve the dysmenorrhea pain degree, dysmenorrhea comprehensive curative effect, reduce the level of serum CA125 and recurrence rate, comparing the two groups, there was no significant difference (P<0.05); in the aspects of TCM symptoms, adverse reaction during the treatment, There was a significant difference (P<0.05). Chinese medicine treatment group can improve TCM syndrome patients, and no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion:Bushenhuoxue formula treatment in patients with ovarian endometriotic cyst after laparoscopic operation, could improve the dysmenorrhea pain degree, reduce the level of serum CA125 and the postoperative recurrence rate, and could effectively improve the TCM syndrome of patients, no obvious adverse reaction, and it is worthy to extensive. |
