The Clinical Efficacy Studies Of The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation(Qi Stagnation Leading To Blood Stasis ) By Dangqi Huayu Decoction

Purpose: The purpose of this project is to study the clinical efficacy of the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(Qi stagnation leading to blood stasis) by Dangqi Huayu Decoction.Method: 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group was received Dangqi Huayu Decoction, the control group was given Yao Bi Tong Capsule, both groups were treated for 28 days. And separately for the two groups before treatment, treatment for 14 days, 28 days after the VAS score, clinical symptoms and signs of the total score(JOA score), Oswestry total score, the overall efficiency of the clinical efficacy before and after treatment, medication safety were observed statistical analysis.Result: 1. Treatment of the first two groups in gender, age, duration, VAS score, JOA score, Oswestry score,etc. was no significant difference(P>0.05), comparable. It is comparable.2. Comparison of curative effect: the treatment group and control group patients after 28 days of treatment. The overall efficiency groups There were significant difference(P <0.05).3.group comparison: two groups of patients after 14 days, 28 days of treatment, the VAS score, JOA score and Oswestry score improve statistically significant different(P <0.05).4. Comparison Between groups: two groups of patients after 14 days of treatment, the VAS score, JOA score and Oswestry score are not statistically significant different(P> 0.05). two groups of pa traditional Chinese drugs with promoting Qi and removing blood stasis,er 28 days of treatment, the VAS score, JOA score and Oswestry score improve statistically significant different(P <0.05).Conclusion: The results show that patients with lumbar disc herniation(Qi stagnation leading to blood stasis) using the treatment of Dangqi Huayu Decoction, can improve the clinical symptoms and signs, to improve the quality of life and the overall effect of the disease. The Dangqi Huayu Decoction deficiency in Patients with lumbar disc herniation(Qi stagnation leading to blood stasis) have the characteristics of effective, safe, non-toxic side effects, is worthy of clinical application.
