60 Cases Of Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis With Three-six Methods Manipulation

Purpose: To observe the "three six" rehabilitation clinical curative effect and safety for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Method: The Research choose changchun university of Chinese medicine orthopaedic clinic 60 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis, using random table method is divided into research group and control group, 30 cases of team to give "three-step six method" rehabilitation therapy, the control group given basic massage treatment, 4 weeks is 1 treatment course, records and observe two groups of the evaluating standard of curative effect and adverse events.Result: The Project two groups of each symptom curative effect comparison are statistically significant differences between before and after the treatment(P < 0.05) including nine three-step method in improving the curative effect of various symptoms were significantly better than that of control group(P < 0.05); Team in the working time is better than the control group(P < 0.05), shows a better short-term curative effect, more quickly; According to the group at the age of different level classification comparison between therapeutic effect and the results show that the disease patients aged 40 to 49 interval of treatment the total effective rate was 100%, total effective rate 90.9%, 50 to 59 years old age interval over 60 patients treatment the total effective rate was 90.9%; Effect according to different course of study and level classification comparison, the results show that the course of the disease within 24 months after the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis of the total effective rate was 100%, the course of the disease in more than 25 months of patients with knee osteoarthritis treatment the total effective rate was 83.3%; According to different degree of disease and curative effect of team level classification comparison, the results showed that the treatment of patients with mild-to-moderate knee osteoarthritis the total effective rate was 100%, the treatment of patients with severe knee osteoarthritis the total effective rate was 80%; According to different clinical stage and team effectiveness level classification comparison, the results showed that the treatment of early metaphase knee osteoarthritis patients with the total effective rate was 100%, the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis in late the total effective rate was 77.8%; Nine three-step method in the treatment of the disease the total effective rate was 93.3%, significantly better than the basic massage technique treatment(P < 0.05), curative effect is satisfied, and not present any adverse events during the study.Conclusion: The Clinical application of "three six method" rehabilitation treatment knee osteoarthritis is safe, effective, can be used as a clinical choice for Chinese medicine external treatment plan.
