The Effect Of Yang Xin Tang On Myocardial Cell Apoptosis In Rats With Chronic Failure On Adriamycin Induced

Objectives:Through the observation of the effect of Yang Xin Tang on chronic heart failure (CHF) SD rat model of myocardial cell apoptosis. and to explore the mechanism of Yang Xin Tang in the treatment of heart failure and for the clinical application of Yang Xin Tang in the treatment of congestive heart failure (CHF) and provide a theoretical basis.Methods:Repeated use of male SD rats by intraperitoneal injection of doxorubicin, the establishment of an animal model of chronic heart failure.60 male SD rats were randomly selected 10 as a control group, and the remaining 50 Repeated intraperitoneal injection of doxorubicin, six weeks after the successful model rats were randomly divided into three groups, each 14, captopril group dose were given captopril suspension 2.25mg/kg·d orally; Yang Xin cream group dose were given Yang Xin Tang suspension 2.34g/kg·d orally; blank control group and model group were given the same distilled water everyday orally.4 weeks after administration of each group, before the determination of cardiac function with chloral hydrate intraperitoneal injection of anesthesia, using the Philips cardiac color ultrasound diagnostic apparatus, measurement of left ventricular end-diastolic (LVEDD) and left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD). Using the TUNEL to detect myocardial apoptosis.Results:1. Compared with the model group, captopril group and apoptosis index Yang Xin Tang group was significantly reduced, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Yang Xin Tang group and captopril group compared to no significant difference (P>0.05).2. Compared with the model group, captopril group and Yang Xin Tang group were able to reduce left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD) rats and left ventricular systolic diameter (LVESD), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); Yang Xin Tang group compared with the captopril group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusions:1. Yang Xin Tang paste the prevention of heart failure, significant preventive effect and can reduce the number of apoptotic cells in chronic heart failure SD rat, and the effect is the same as captopril group.2. Yang Xin Tang can obviously improve the left ventricular end-diastolic (LVEDD) and left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD), and the effect is the same as captopril group.
