Objective:Study on the joint of celiac carcinoma of body and tail of pancreas resection extended radical resection (Modified Appleby) in the safety of the treatment of advanced carcinoma of body and tail of pancreas. Methods:Collect from 2012 to 2014 in pancreatic surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University of modified Appleby operation (DP-CAR) clinical data of 9 cases of patients, and the same time professional standard resection of pancreatic body and tail (DP) clinical data of 11 cases of patients, comparative analysis. The operation time, bleeding volume, postoperative complications (after pancreatic fistula, diarrhea, gastric ischemia, hepatic insufficiency) factors days hospitalization and postoperative study, analysis of two kinds of operation mode group observation index whether there are statistical differences. Using T test and chi square test statistical analysis and clinical observation indexes mainly factors. Results:Two kinds of operation mode in postoperative patients with Abnormal liver function had statistical difference between outer (p<0.05), the average operation time, average bleeding volume during operation, postoperative complications, postoperative hospital stay and postoperative mean no significant differences in mortality between (p>0.05). Combined with celiac carcinoma of body and tail of pancreas resection extended radical resection, postoperative patients may develop liver dysfunction in patients with Gu Cao transaminase (AST), and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) in the first postoperative day began to rise, the emergence of a peak in second days, the peak value of AST is 464.59U/L, ALT peak at 325.84U/L, then start the decline in the third days, then gradually stable, finally returned to normal range. Conclusion:Combined with celiac carcinoma of body and tail of pancreas resection extended radical resection compared to standard pancreatectomy is safe, can significantly improve the carcinoma of body and tail of pancreas operation resection rate without increasing the operation mortality.
