Relationship Between Polymorphism Of HLA-DRB1 And Breast Cancer:a Meta-analysis

Objective:To assess the associations of HLA-DRB1 gene polymorphism with b reast cancer.Methods:A comprehensive search for articles was conducted from CB Mdisc, Wanfang database,CNKI,VIP medicine database,Medalink database, MEDLIN E,Embase and PubMed database.A total of 8 epidemiological case-control studies o n the relationship between gene polymorphism of HLA-DRBl,and breast cancer wer e performed,evaluated the collected literature according to the preset into and exclu sion criteria, extracted the information of the literature of into standard and cross c hecked. and the results were analyzed using RevMan 5.2 software.Results:8 studies reported in 8 articles met the inclusion criterion.According to the results of meta-analysis,there was a higher proportion of HLA-DRB1*03 and HLA-DRB1*09 equen cy in the Breast Cancer group(OR=1.52,95%CI:1.16-1.99,P=0.002;OR=1.45,95%C I:1.02～2.07,P=0.04).According to the race of the research objects, the study of wh ite subgroup analysis. As a result,there was a higher proportion of HLA-DRB1*03 and HLA-DRB1*12 equency in the Breast Cancer group(OR=1.75,95%CI:1.21～2.5 4,P=0.003;0R=2.59,95% CI:1.12～5.96,P=0.03).Conclusions:The genotype of HLA-D RB1*03 and HLA-DRB1*09 may be the risk factors of the onset of Breast Cancer; For white the genotype of HLA-DRB1*03 and HLA-DRB1*12 may be the risk fa ctors of the onset of Breast Cancer.
