Objective:Uighur and Han in Urumqi study cardiac events were in before the onset of cardiovascular disease risk factors in both distribution and ethnic differences.Methods:For January 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital medical center line health examination were followed for about 50,000 people, the occurrence of cardiac events were there 145 cases. Select the same time 1042 cases without cardiac events as a non cardiac event group, Uygur and Han,the heart event group and non cardiac event group associated cardiovascular disease risk factors for the first time examination.Results:Cardiac events associated with high blood pressure group, diabetes, triglycerides, total cholesterol, body mass index, smoking and other risk factors significantly in non-cardiac event group; Two ethnic Uygur and Han are differences in the indexes such as in BMI (Body mass index, BMI), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (Ligh-density lipoprotein cholesterol, LDL-C), Both Uygur and Han, cardiac event group of general indicators such as BMI (Body mass index, BMI), systolic blood pressure (Sysyolic blood pressure, SBP), Diastolic blood pressure(Diastolic blood pressure, DBP), Fasting glucose (Fasting plasma glucose, FPG), Total cholesterol (Total cholesterol, TC), Triglyceride (Triglyceride, TG) were higher than in non cardiac event group. male, high cholesterol, increased body mass index, smoking history and other risk factors are screening people at high risk of cardiac events important objects.Conclusion:Independent risk factors for Uygur and Han ethnic Uygur compared to less than the Han Chinese, but the high-density lipoprotein on Uygur and Han are protective factors.
