Objective By comparing the effects of different preoperative blood pressure levels on perioperative cardiac events(unstable angina, arrhythmias, acute heart failure)in patients with hypertension, the theoretical basis of preoperative blood pressure control was provided for surgeons and anesthesiologists,In order to provide more theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of cardiac events in patients with hypertension, relevant indicators of echocardiography of patients with different blood pressure levels were compared to analyze the effects of blood pressure and other factors on the heart structure and function of patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 146 patients with hypertension who underwent laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer were enrolled in gansu provincial people's hospital from September 2017 to January 2020,Blood pressure was graded according to preoperative blood pressure level, the risk of cardiac events during perioperative period was analyzed by comparing the age, gender, body mass index(BMI),whether to take antihypertensive drugs and antiplatelet drugs, lipid index and echocardiography index of patients with blood pressure classification in each group,Among them, cardiac events included arrhythmias(frequent preatrial systolic, preventricular systolic, supraventricular tachycardia),acute myocardial infarction, acute heart failure, and adjacent lead st-t descending in the preoperative and postoperative electrocardiogram of the same patient. Results There were no significant differences(P>0.05)in age, gender,BMI,whether or not to take antihypertensive drugs and antiplatelet drugs, left ventricular ejection fraction(EF),or biochemical parameters between the two groups of hypertensive patients with perioperative cardiac events and those without cardiac events,There were statistically significant differences in blood pressure grades between the two groups(P < 0.05).Multivariate analysis of 36 patients with cardiac events showed that blood pressure grading was an independent risk factor for cardiac events(OR=3.355,P < 0.001,95%ci: 1.808-6.227).Conclusions In our study, different blood pressure levels may influence the occurrence of cardiac events in patients, and blood pressure is an independent risk factor for cardiac events. In our study, from echocardiographic results, patients with higher blood pressure grades were more likely to develop left ventricular hypertrophy and cardiac enlargement.
