Purpose: through the first affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease(CHD)line of heart surgery patients with preoperative data and clinical features were retrospectively analyzed, the evaluation of coronary heart disease patients with non heart surgery, perioperative independent risk factor for major adverse cardiovascular events, for such patients with preoperative and perioperative management to provide the reference. Methods: continuous observation on January 1,2013 to December 31,2019 in the first affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university noncardiac surgery in patients with coronary heart disease, according to the hospital after surgery to former(perioperative)major adverse cardiovascular events(myocardial infarction, heart failure, malignant arrhythmia, cardiac death)into the event group and non event group. The clinical characteristics and surgical indicators of patients in the two groups were recorded and compared. The related factors and independent risk factors of major perioperative cardiovascular adverse events in patients with CORONARY heart disease were summarized through univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results: 1.In this study,a total of 619 patients with CORONARY heart disease underwent non-cardiac surgery, and 36 patients had major cardiovascular adverse events, with an incidence of 5.82%.2.Age & GT;70years old, history of unstable angina pectoris and myocardial infarction, preoperative hypertension, diabetes mellitus and cerebrovascular disease, preoperative hemoglobin & LT;100g\L,emergency surgery,ASA grade 4,high-risk surgery, intraoperative blood loss & GT;Factors such as 1500 ml were correlated with the occurrence of major postoperative cardiovascular adverse events(P < 0.05).3.History of unstable angina and myocardial infarction, emergency surgery,ASA grade 4,hemoglobin concentration & LT;100g/L intraoperative bleeding & GT;Factors such as 1500 ml were independent risk factors for major perioperative cardiovascular adverse events(P<0.05).Conclusion: Age > 70 years, unstable angina pectoris, history of myocardial infarction, coexisting hypertension, diabetes mellitus and cerebrovascular disease, emergency surgery,ASA grade 4,preoperative hemoglobin <100g/L,high-risk surgery, blood loss & GT;1500ml was a risk factor for major cardiovascular events during non-cardiac surgery in patients with CORONARY heart disease, including unstable angina pectoris, history of myocardial infarction, emergency surgery,ASA grade 4,and hemoglobin <.100g/L intraoperative bleeding & GT;1500ml was an independent risk factor for major cardiovascular events during non-cardiac surgery.
