City community health service is a kind of basic health service mode.its backbone is general practitioners,it makes full use of community resources and appropriate technologies.it is the foundation of achieving everyone will have access to primary health care and an important part of the city health work in the new period.Today allocation of health resources in our country is not reasonable.Medical treatment charge is growing relatively fast and the doctor-patient contradiction is highlighted.It is necessary to development of community health services to build a new type of urban health service system.The evaluate about xiangfang district community health service center of human resources situation is comprehensive,objective and accurate.On the other hand,the strategy is put forward.This topic provides scientific basis for the development of community health service policy.This research is divided into six parts.The first part.This part mainly introduces the research purpose and relevant concepts.The second part.Review domestic and foreign research on community health service center for human resource management and situation of Harbin city community health service center which basis for full text study.The third part.This part mainly introduces the research object,research methods and research content and data sources.The fourth part.It is an objective analysis of the current situation of the human resources community health in Xiangfang District,covering the population,health status,medical conditions and so on.And it Statistics Xiangfang District community health service center of human resources,including practicing physicians,registered nurses,other staff,age structure,composition and other qualifications.The fifth part.This part analyses Xiangfang District community health service center of human resources,including practicing physicians,registered nurses,other staff,age structure,composition and other sides.Moreover the part puts forward corresponding solutions.The Conclusions.The most critical problem about Xiangfang District community health service center is a serious lack of general practitioners and Chinese medicine practitioner category.At the same time the number of the public health physicians and information professionals is not enough.The proportion of doctors and nurses does not meet the standards.and it is far from the WHO standard.At the same time,the structure of medical title needs to be further optimized.College degree and high school education who reach seventy percent,the health workers is relatively older.The younger workers and highly educated people should be employed,the existing workers should be more educated.The consortium of Xiangfang District medical institutions is an opportunity for the development of community health service centers.it will help community health service center of human resources to achieve a better condition.
