Objective:Head acupuncture point clumps, antispasmodic acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation technology is one of my subject in recent years, which research in the treatment of stroke comprehensive optimization of the new plan. This topic only from the improvement of lower limb spasm aspects, explore the exact clinical curative effect of comprehensive optimization scheme, in order to seek a more effective and comprehensive clinical rehabilitation interventions.Method:This topic, according to random number table method,will divide 60 patients with lower limb spasm,which are collected into the standard stroke hemiplegia,into two groups:new solutions group adopts comprehensive optimization, the head acupuncture point clumps, antispasmodic acupuncture treatment combined with modern rehabilitation technology;Traditional solutions group with traditional needle head, body acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation techniques for treatment.Two groups of 30 cases of patients, are treatet of 30 minutes each time, once per day,6 days a week, only one day off, a total of 30 days treatment.30 days later with the modified Ashworth scale muscle tension score method, simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function evaluation method (FMA), degree of nerve function defect scale and daily life activities ability evaluation before and after the treatment (ADL) and compares two methods of treatment.Results:(1) Via Wilcoxon rank and inspection, P=0.015<0.05, the difference is statistically significant.It shows that the new scheme in reducing efficiency is higher than the traditional scheme of lower limb spasm group.(2) Byt test, P=0.000<0.01, the difference is statistically significant.It shows that the new scheme is superior to the traditional group in spect of improving lower limb movement function.(3) By t test, P=0.015<0.05, the difference is statistically significant.It shows that the new scheme in terms of improvement of nerve function defect is superior to the traditional schemes.(4) Via Wilcoxon rank and inspection, P=0.010<0.05, the difference is statistically significant.It shows that the new scheme to improve lower limb daily life activities ability is superior to the traditional group.Conclusion:(1) Comprehensive optimization scheme, namely the head cavity clumps, antispasmodic acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation technology for stroke recovery of lower limb spasticity ease treatment,play an important role.(2) The comprehensive optimization, namely the head cavity clumps, antispasmodic acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation technology, is benefit for movement function, the degree of nerve function defect, daily life activities ability.(3) Comprehensive optimization solution, namely the head acupuncture point clumps, antispasmodic acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation technology is an effective method for treatment of stroke in patients with lower limb spasticity.Its clinical curative effect is superior to the traditional acupuncture therapy.
