Observation On The Efficacy Of Cervical Back Muscles Fasciitis Treated With Needle Sticking Therapy

[Objective]:By observing the difference between the efficacy of cervical back muscles fasciitis treated with needle sticking therapy and conventional acupuncture treatment to provide a more effective treatment for cervical back muscles fasciitis.[Methods]:In this study,60 patients of cervical back muscle fasciitis were randomly divided into a control group of 30 patients and a treatment group of 30 cases.These two groups were almost the same before the treatments, statistical analysis significant difference (P> 0.05),comparable.Visual analog scale (VAS) and Oswestry disability index as well as the"Chinese Disease Diagnosis and Efficacy Standards" were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of improvement seven days later after the treatments.Among them,the treatment group received needle sticking acupuncture therapy,while the control group treated with conventional acupuncture therapy.[Results]:①By clinical observation,after the treatment of back pain patients got key improvements in the treatment group compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);②dysfunction recovery in the two groups,both after and before the treatments with its own group compared respectively,the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) after treatment;③ after the two groups in the clinical efficacy of the pain symptoms,the treatment group compared with the control group,after the treatments,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).[Conclusions]: ①The therapy of treatment group and the control group can be effective in improving clinical symptoms of cervical back muscle fasciitis patients;②needle sticking therapy can release pain symptoms of cervical back muscle fasciitis,loosen adhesions effectively, improve clinical efficacy, and it is easy to operate, safe and effective,it has certain advantages;③needle sticking therapy is better than traditional acupuncture technique in treating cervical back muscle fasciitis and can be widely used in clinical.
